ndis stopped working

Hi!

I just find your message while google'ing for "symbol drv_data
undefined" because I had the same problem as yours.

I solved it by regenerating the ndis_driver_data.h file.

ndiscvt evolves and the if_ndis module has to be updated.

I hope that solves your problem just as it solved mine.
