Will FreeBSD *EVER* support Hp Pavillion laptops?

In a word - proprietary
Anyone that knows HP/Compaq knows that they "tweak" ordinary hardware by
adding something to the firmware and that makes it proprietary.
Do yourself a favor - If you want to run FBSD on a lappy, DON'T use an HP.
