[AGAIN] Problems with pcmcia & smartmedia

It should just work.  It does for me.  So, we'll need to find out
where things differ.

First, can you set hw.cbb.debug=1, hw.pccard.debug=1 and
hw.pccard.cis_debug=1 with sysctl before inserting the card and send
me the entire dmesg output?
