Tried installing FreeBSD 5.3 on my toshiba satelite 2400 laptop.
I get to this point.
Doesn't matter which kernel option I use, it always hangs on this part.
Original = "GenuineIntel" Id = 0xf24 Stepping = 4

I've seen several messages where users have the same [GIANT-LOCKED]
problem but the boot up processes continues.But in this situation,
it's not quite the same case. Would anyone be able to offer any
