amd powernow on athlon xp-m 3000+

It say nothing. ;)

I just compiled it with: 'cc -o dump_psb dump_psb.c' and ./dump_psb it
afterwards. I had run it under uid 0 and uid 1000. Both ways returned no
output. Is there anything special I should do?
