Two questions on Thinkpad T41

If it isn't a winmodem things should go fine.

/dev/cuaaX, /dev/ttydX, where 'X' is 
(number of SIOs compiled into kernel)+1.

E.g. with GENERIC you'll get /dev/cuaa4.
