No problem whatsoever. You call them, give the model and S/N, and they
AirEx it to you. Also, I think it's more than 30 days - I'm pretty sure I
called later than that.
But note they come with a big warning that they'll wipe out your disk
before doing anything else. My understanding is that if you want to recover
just the XP partition, your only choice is genuine XP discs.
Last thing: while repartitioning, consider allocating a partition for the
hibernation memory-dump area. Usually there are tools on the IBM site that
will mark the partition for the BIOS to see and use it.
