These cards appear to allow only one to be activated at a time, from a
pccard point of view.  There is some code to enable the modem part
while the ethernet card is used, but I could be misunderstanding the
code (since it looks magical and stolen from equally magical linux
code).

The CEM33 card had the wrong id.  It looks like the 56k one might also
have the wrong id because it is the same as the 28.8 part.
