Installing 5.1 on a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100

Similarly to the "5.1-RELEASE on Acer 507T - install failures" thread, the
use of "hw.pci.enable_io_modes=0" fixes the problem on the Toshiba Satellite
Pro 6100.
