ACPI battery state and resume not working on Inspiron 5150

Odd.  phdisk creates a 1027 meg partition for my D800.  I assume this
is wrong since I have 1024M of ram and 64M of video RAM.  I will try
editing this partition's size and see if it will change things.

It would seem that ACPI documentation states that there is 'S4' and
'S4BIOS' ... although I don't know if FreeBSD differentiates between
the two.
