Enabling higher port numbers in pccard

I just got this little board thingy that the manufacturer says to use ports
in the ranges 0x800-0x8ff and 0xc00-0xcff. The problem with the code in
RELENG_4 is that there is a #define that limits the number of ports to
0x400 which is a bit sub-optimal in my case.

I've increased the value locally and it works with the CompactFlash and
Netgear WiFi card I tried.

Is there any reason why the #define can't be increased as the default?

FWIW, the board is <http://www.compulab.co.il/586core.htm>. It's just a
little bit bigger than my mouse! Neat.
