This is from devel/mips-gcc which is the old style xtoolchain, which I
guess will be deprecated.

> mips-gcc9-9.2.0_1              Cross GNU Compiler Collection for mips

Those two are mips flavor of devel/freebsd-gcc6 and
devel/freebsd-gcc9, are the recommended one to use.
