FreeBSD 11.0 images available for EdgeRouter Lite

Since people are still asking for this regularly, I've built an 11.0
image for the ERL and made it available at (as before)
http://rtfm.net/FreeBSD/ERL

It's built from FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p8 #0 r314813, which includes the
recent security fixes related to openssl and ssh.

I've also added devices pf and pflog to the kernel configuration, as
it seems silly not to have them on this device. See the updated build
script, also at the above url, to see exactly how the kernel config is
generated.
