Adrian,

This board uses a switch which cannot be managed from its MDIO interface,
there isn't to much to do in this case. I'll just check if we can use
ARGE_MDIO without a switch driver (so arge1 can talk to direct connected
PHYs).

Anyway i'll take care of the missing switch drivers. It has been a long
overdue of my part.
