Use bootoctlinux to boot FreeBSD just as if you were booting a linux
kernel.

Most octeons are used in an embedded environment and booting is done
usually via u-boot loading the kernel from either CF, FATFS or IDE EXT2
filesystem.  Most are not using HD.
