[PATCH] Account RMI XLR interrupts

Ok

With all patches in I have a make buildworld -j30 .. that should prove
interesting ;-)

I have never seen Rui's issue with 100% cpu...

seems pretty good. we will see how it is at dark when
I come home from work ;-)
