The company I work for is looking to hire a few senior level
software engineers.

Attributes we are looking for:
- ability to architect, design and prototype quickly.
- self motivated, creative, focused etc.
- have passion for solving challenging problems
- excellent C / C++ skills. Perl/Python/Scheme/Lisp a plus.
- ability to work in a team is a must
- have excellent communication skills
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

In addition you should have one or more of:
- Kernel/application level experience in some of Solaris/BSD/Linux/Windows
- Experience with Distributed systems, Networking programming
- Experience with scaling & performance issues
- Experience with transactions, SQL, databases
- Experience with compilers/static analysis etc.

We are a 1 1/2 year old venture funded startup company, based
in Palo Alto.  We pay competitive salary, stock options and
benefits.

Note: We have a very fast paced product development
enviroment and you are expected interact with marketing and
customers during regular hours.  So Telecommuting or working
from home is not an option.  Sorry!
