Hello,
My current position as a system administrator, consultant and instructor
is starting to lose some of its initial charm, and hence this email.
I have been working with BSD systems since about 2001, and am self taught 
as far as my skills in this field are concerned. 
My current responsibilities include managing file&print, web, email, DNS 
and other subsystems hosted on FreeBSD, and a few workstations running 
GNU/Linux.
I am looking for a new job that builds on the above skills and am willing 
to relocate for the right position.

			. Setting up and managing DNS(BIND8,BIND9)
			  for multiple zones, configuring round robin load
			  balancing of servers using BIND, using TSIG and
			  DNSSEC, setting up dynamic updates.
			. Configuring and managing NIS(Sun Yellow Pages)
			  for network wide user authentication, working
			  with PAM to customize the login process.
			. Analyzing system performance issues, tuning
			  the kernel, file system, and kernel parameters for
			  improving performance and stability.
			. Setting up a demilitarized zone(DMZ) for securing
			  small networks,  writing firewall rule sets for IPF,
			  IPFW, PF, and NetFilter. 
			. Using TCP wrappers to secure network services.
			. Setting up an Intrusion Detection System using
			  SNORT, ACID, and MySQL.
			. Using SSLeay/OpenSSL to create RSA/DSA key
			  pairs, certificate signing requests, and self signed
			  certificates(X.509).
			. Using Perl and sh to write scripts.
			. Writing programs in the Scheme dialect of LISP.
			. Writing user, sysadmin, and security policy
 			  documents.

			  workstations) using software from the Linux

			  racoon running on FreeBSD gateways.
