TrustedBSD project, including user and developer handbook chapters
and system manual pages. Assisted in the organization of a book
documenting the FreeBSD Security Architecture.
* The TrustedBSD Project July 2000-December 2001
Managed CVS repository, developed and edited technical
documentation.
* The FreeBSD Project August 1999-present
+ Wrote and edited manual pages and online documentation.
+ Gained basic working knowledge of file systems programming
and updated old code in FreeBSD synthetic file systems in
conjunction with devfs development.
+ Updated the FreeBSD Handbook and FAQ for FreeBSD 3.0, helped
prepare the Handbook for publication as a book, and repaired
and updated various manual pages. Derived documentation from
existing kernel source explaining portions of some FreeBSD
kernel interfaces.
+ Designed and implemented an XML-based system for open source
developers to submit development status reports on
sub-projects.
