JNA broken with r251668 as libc.so cant be loaded

Hi,
It seems that JNA is unable load C library with the src changes in 
r251668 of base, the JNA unit tests fail at testLoadCLibrary, 
testHandleObjectMethods & testLoadProperCLibraryVersion as 
/usr/lib/libc.so is in an invalid file format.
