No, no, no. What a farce.

You are supposed to carefully craft a text about how you hope the e-mail finds us well and that you selected us after careful consideration and how terribly sorry you are about the fate your client suffered. Then you use a text translating engine to translate the text from your native language into English. Finally post that in all-caps, some cut-and-paste artefacts and with only the names of yourself and your client in normal capitalisation.

Come one, where is your unprofessional pride?
