java/77162: Tomcat5 regression with jdk15-p1

Alexey,

That patch appears to work for me.  I can now start Tomcat using jdk1.5.0 
and also launch from Netbeans (running jdk1.5.0) without any problem.

FYI: I'm running 5.3 RELEASE on a Celeron-D.
