On a recently buildt 5.1-RELEASE with native Java

########## UNAME ################

bash-2.05b#

While trying to run jdb with ddd I get this

############ ERROR MESSAGE ###############

I am also getting errors with the jvm not starting up with bugseeker. This
worked under 4.8 before I updated to 5.1 2 weeks ago.
