Hi,
chan_capi in the ISDN4BSD SVN has been updated to v2.0.8 to resolve
possible problems when bridging ISDN calls to SIP/RTP that the RTP TX
timestamps get out of sync and causes un-needed audio dropouts.
Please test and report back!
