ipfw: queue size must be < 1MB

Hello all:

I am trying to use IPFW + Dummynet with the follow command:

ipfw pipe 100 config bw 500Mbit/s delay 50ms queue 4096Kbytes

However, "ipfw: queue size must be < 1MB"  appears.
Is there a way to let me use DUMMYNet with a large queue size?
