Ib0 not working unless i unload ipoib and load it again.

Do you guys know how to catch mlx4_core0: mlx4_ib: Port 1 logical link 
is up         with devd ?
Seems that its enough to run ifconfig ib0 down && ifconfig ib0 up to fix 
things, and devd should be ideal for this.
