>Description:
Hello, FreeBSD support team!
I've got old Dell OptiPlex GX1 computer with Crystal CS4236 ISA PnP onboard sound.
Link to Dell documentation: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ban_gx1/specs.htm

Win2K runs on this machine very well, sound is working fine.
So there is Windows 2000 device configuration (from its Device Manager snap-in):

1) Crystal WDM (MPU-401 compatible):
I/O range:		0330-0331.

2) Crystal WDM audio codec:
I/O range:		0534-053B;
I/O range:		0388-038B;
I/O range:		0240-0253;
IRQ:			11;
DMA channel:	0;
DMA channel:	3

3) Crystal WDM audio control registers:
I/O range:		0F00-0F07

I know that CS4236 audio can suport FreeBSD snd_mss driver.
When I try to load it with command: "kldload snd_mss" it run without any error massages.
But there is no any sound device loaded I see in "cat /dev/sndstat" output:
FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm: 32bit 2009061500/i386)
Installed devices:

There is dmesg output AFTER "kldload snd_mss" command:
pcm0: <CS423x> at port 0x534-0x537,0x388-0x38b,0x220-0x22f irq 11 drq 0 pnpid CSC6835 on isa0
device_attach: pcm0 attach returned 6

So there is the question: Is there any way to use audio on this machine under FreeBSD?
>How-To-Repeat:
Have Dell Optiplex GX1 with onboard audio and run FreeBSD ;)
