Install FreeBsd to Dell PE860

Hi,

I've been trying to install FreeBsd to Dell PowerEdge860, but failed.

I install several version of FreeBsd.

Installation of 7.0-200708 was OK  and  booted  completely, but other
versions of FreeBsd were not.

Summarized below;

*1: During installation, 'signal 11' error was occur and installation
was stopped.
It happened after selecting install files (= just before copy files to HDD)

*2: Installation was completed, but sysytem said 'can't load kernel'
during boot process.
