I can'not install joomla from ports :
after manually csvsup ports...

Install FreeBSD 6.2 from scracth
standard install
Port install Bind 9.3.3
cvsup -h cvsup3.dk.FreeBSD.org /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile
cd /usr/ports/www/joomla/ && make install clean
>Fix:
probably update joomla port with redirection to newer url of PDFlib-Lite-7.0.x.x
and /or alternate url.
