Synopsis: Promise Ultra133 TX2 does not work properly

The problem appeared to be specific to a mainboard. Controller
works perfectly in the other box. Since the mainboard was
very specific - brand Compaq Slot-1 server, and is no longer
available, I'm closing this PR.
