patch for "Previous IPI is stuck" - please test

I have to test your patch for for "Previous IPI is stuck" but when I 
recompile the core it me reference a eror in a file ipi.c, therefore 
impossible of recompiler... , have to be/made another patch for this 
problem? because I do not find large thing on Internet !!
