IPv6 connectivity to FreeBSD.org services (Via Time Warner Cable)

I seem to be having issues connecting to svn.freebsd.org and the package 
site (not sure the FQDN) via IPv6.

I have FULL IPv6 connectivity via Time Warner Cable 
(2605:6000:ec17:200:230:48ff:fef2:299c is my hosts address).

Since you advertise AAAA records, is there a problem I need to fix on my 
end?
