On second though, it wasn't an oversight.  I was thinking of a different
symlink that was missed for 10.0-R that I noticed when staging 9.3-R for
the release.

We already have too many symlinks for my liking, to be honest, much of
which will be cleaned up once 8.4-R is EoL'd.

I think adding more symlinks to this entanglement is probably not a good
thing to do.
