I did that one manually because of the compression thing. ftp-master too.
Being able to handle both compression variants is important now that the
updated rsync packages are going out.
Note: I turned off ZLIB_BASE too or rsync gets very noisy on stdout/stderr
since the compression workaround is baked into the built-in version of zlib.
