Access denied to cvsup-master

Thank you Simon.  Thank you Peter.

Updates are happening again now.  The cvsup and www mirrors I monitor
are all up-to-date again now too.

Accidents happen but I'm wondering if it could have been fixed sooner.
Perhaps this list is not the most appropriate place to report this kind
of problem?  Should I have reported this somewhere else?

Thank you for the work you folks do to keep the core infrastructure
ticking.
