We have set up a FreeBSD mirror in Sri Lanka, hosted by
Lanka Education and Research Network (LEARN)

International bandwidth: 155Mbps (commodity Internet), 45Mbps (academic
Internet)
Sync frequency: every 4 hours
Sync source: ftp.jaist.ac.jp

Would like to use the master mirror if possible (and if it would make a
significant difference in the speed of updating the mirror).
