rsync GNATS db fails

I used to rsync the GNATS db nightly from ftp.mtu.ru.  This no longer
works:

rsync: failed to connect to ftp.mtu.ru: No route to host (65)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(104) [receiver=2.6.9]

Does anybody know what happened?  Is there any other host I could
rsync it from?
