cvsup.au going off-line for a few hours

The (only) Australian CVSup mirror is going off-line for a few hours.
cvsupd and a large database load have spent the past several hours
arguing over disc I/O.  It's going to be easier for all concerned if I
suspend CVSup service for a few hours and let the database load finish.
