Mirroring the web pages with rsync?

You could try to use csup :-)

But to answer the real question, it might be available from your
local rsync mirror:

    $ rsync rsync://cvsup.au.freebsd.org/www/data/
    drwxrwxr-x        1536 2008/09/19 16:21:29 .
    -rw-rw-r--        7939 2008/03/03 04:44:12 about.html
    -rw-rw-r--       33783 2008/09/09 17:24:13 administration.html
    [..]
