package distribution crisis

[Mirrors]

I'm sure I'm jumping in this late... But.

Not sure if anyone has looked, but the Fedora project now has a complete 
mirror managment system that controls making sure all the mirrors are 
up-to-date..

I can get more info if anyone would like it
