5.5 FTP install and release packages

I got clearance to remove the FreeBSD-5.5 FTP install bits and the
release package set from ftp-master.  The ISO files will remain, as will
the packages-5-stable package tree (which is what anyone should be using
to install 5.X packages from at this point, packages-5.5-release is
sufficiently stale...).

I'll do the removal late tomorrow (Tuesday 10/13/2007).
