I sometimes get a connection, and sometimes not. When I do get a
connection, I get a permission error on the amd64 packages. I think
ftp-master.eu is still syncing from ftp-master.us (indicated by the
permission error as the permissions will be set right after all the
packages are in) and as the i386 were just uploaded, it probably is also
busy serving those to the mirror syncing from ftp-master.eu, possibly
running out on available slot for mirrors and giving you a refused
connection. I think we just need to be a bit more patient :)
