public_distfiles no longer pushed onto FTP mirrors ?

As Erwin noted if there has been a lot of new files on the ftp site it
can take a while to hit the real mirrors.
Note that it's possible for committers from within the freebsd.org
cluster to ftp to ftp-master so you can check if a file is there. If
it's on ftp-master it is just a matter of time before it shows up on
the mirrors.
