FreeBSD mirror in .il

Greetings,

I have noticed there is no official FreeBSD mirror in Israel, and I
would like to offer to maintain one.
I work for one of the largest ISP's in Israel, and therefore have the
resources to maintain one, with the full support of the company I work
for.

Basically, I want to know two things:

1. what file-sets are required to be mirrored from an official mirror
(is there any minimal-official-mirror-layout somewhere :) ) ?

2. how much storage would one need for a complete mirror and for a
minimal one?
