www.ch.freebsd.org mirror: /cgi/query-pr.cgi - WARNING

it came to my attenttion that the "cgi" directory on the
www.ch.freebsd.org mirror is not configured as "ScriptAlias" which makes
the content visible. this situation might be critical.
