ftp.fi.freebsd.org update ip change

hello,

i think currently i have listed 195.197.62.2 as the ip from where i
would update the mirror.

now that ip has changed, the correct ones would be 195.74.0.82 and
195.74.0.83, not exactly sure which one would show; most likely
it'd be the first one.

i made an attempt around 09:03 am EST in case you have logs to check
which it was.

also, question how many simultaneous connections should i configure
for my updating script?

currently we (AS6667) get a route to the site via our IPT providors,
but i'm attempting to get a direct peering with AS10310 today over NYIIX.
