freebsd mirroring/release strategy over the next 12 months ?

Growth will come from:

* New architectures (e.g. PPC)
* Growth of ports collection
* Fixes to broken ports
* Branching of 5.x-STABLE, since we will then have 3 streams to
  support, until 4.x is retired.
