It would be great to announce on a public list if you want more
than just FTP sites.
It's absolutely not clear from your announcements to hubs at .
Really - without your mail to developers@ I would have never contacted
you about this, because you've stated FTP mirrors in the first mail
to hubs at .

Not here yet.
I've send you the the contact form and the contact mail adress is
listed in the cvsup chapter.

If it got filtered then you should have received a bounce because
you've tryed to send using a bogus mailserver.
