Some of you exclude -release type things after you have copied them once,
or some of you need to explicitly download things like the -release
package sets.  If you are in that group I just wanted to let you
know the packages-4.9-release set needed to be reloaded last night.
Please re-sync.  It's not an "emergency", since RC2 just came out I
don't expect the release to be within the next couple of days (and
frankly I don't know if they're planning an RC3).

If you normally just sync the whole tree you shouldn't need to worry
about it - you'll get it automatically.
