Why aren't the 5.2-RC1 bits being mirrored?

The change into group archive happens automagically via a cron job,
that's nothing to worry about.  The world readable setting would
indeed make everything readable regardless.  ftp-master.us was able
to pick up the 5.2-RC stuff yesterday.
